Our restaurant draws inspiration from our own journey; after emigrating from Rome in 2014, we yearned to bring a piece of home with us. Starting with our name, meaning, “The She-Wolf of Rome”, which is the city’s symbol, to our menu, with localized pasta’s such as Amatriciana, Carbonara, and Gricia, and our house-made focaccias and square-style slices.
